ABOUT BROUWER MINISTRY
OUR STORY
Brief History
Brouwer Ministry was founded by Kees and Willemijn Brouwer in 1978, under the Marburger Mission, and is continued under the Tree of Life foundation. The Tree of Life was founded by the Brouwer family in the Netherlands by Christian Slager, Anneke Brouwers husband.
Kees and Willemijn have been involved in ministry in Thailand for 46 years. The Brouwers were invited by the Church of Christ in Thailand, founded in 1883, to build, teach, and lead various churches in Northern Thailand.
Their son Hendrik has received a calling and is continuing this mission. Through the years the Brouwers have worked with many local leaders and Elder Sawaeng is also continuing this mission. This new team is being built by God as He leads others like Jim bahr and Josh Crannage to apply their skills with the Brouwer Ministry.
